SEMS PENSACOLA SERVICE DEPARTMENT
We service what we sell. Our service department repairs on-site and in shop. We have a large inventory of the most commonly used parts. We handle all the warranties in house. Our service response time in most cases is 4 to 8 hours. We have SPECIAL discounted rates for our Military Customers, Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field. Call us for free estimates.
SERVICE AND EXTENDED MAINTENANCE PLAN
Our Extended Maintenance Plan on office equipment and high security shredders play a big part in minimizing excessive wear and provides optimum efficiency. Cleaning, lubrication and factory adjustments keep office equipment at their peek performance. High Security Shredders should be serviced at a minimum of twice a year. Special shredder oil for cross-cut and high security shredders is recommended by the manufacturer. SEMS,Inc. stocks shredder parts, oil and bags for all types of shredders.
LOCAL PENSACOLA SHREDDING SERVICE
We will shred your private and confidential records with our commercial shredders or disintegrator. We pulverize floppy disk, cassettes, film, CD's, VCR tapes and any other type of media into small confetti-like particles. We can also shred Pharmacy pill bottles. Customer does NOT have to remove labels from Pharmacy pill bottles or staples, accofastners, paper clips or plastic from documents. A letter certifying destruction is sent to you with your invoice after completion of the service.
If you would like to try our regular scheduled pickup service, call us at 850-432-7111 or 1-800-875-4736 Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We can provide you with a container for weekly or monthly pickup service. There is NO container or administrative charge only a minimum once a month pickup required. Our service pickup area for shredding includes Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Milton, Ft. Walton Beach, Niceville, and Destin in Florida, and Foley, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Fairhope and Daphne in Alabama.
